the "founder Titan" and "Attack Titan"was given to Eren when he was a nine years old Child, and he got the two Titans from his father "Grisha Jäger".Grisha becamed the Attack titan from "Eren Kruger" and the "founder Titan" from the Royal family "Frietz" by killing all the member of the family's and the "War hammer Titan" power becomed Eren by himself from the "Tybur family" by killing and eating them.
The "Attack Titan" power can see the future, the founder Titan can start the Rumbling of the big Titans", the "War Hammer Titan" have hardened Skin and can make weapons from his flesh.

I'm not going to discuss the whole Chapter, but only the most important points.
The first point is that the Worm or the parasite have a free will, that is really a big problem, because now we do not really know if the parasite was controlling Eren or not and there was not any hints that this creature has a free will, and we are in the end of the story.
There are a lot of Questions that Isyama did not answer and there is not so much time for Isyama to answer all this questions and this are very important questions like where did this Creature came from, why is there only one type of this Creature..., how can all the Eldians became titan, and they do not have Ymirs blood, and how is there only one Royal family, What is the Ackerman Power, and the Story of creating the "paths World" is not acceptable and illogical, and there are a lot and lot of Question, but there are no answers.
One of the things that made me hate the Chapter 138 is, the Death of Eren, there were no Emotions, not logical, and how did Mikasa know that Eren is in the Mouth, the parasite can turn people to titans and this creature does not have the Royal blood so why did the Rumbling Stopped, and a lot of other things that were illogical in this Chapter and Eren death was Really boring and not even a bit Emotional. I wished that Eren death Would be more Emotional.
